We’re seeking a highly skilled Principal Building Control Surveyor to help deliver a first-class service for Kingston. Working alongside the Head of Building Control, you’ll take ownership of complex cases, mentor colleagues, and drive innovation across the team.

- Work closely with residents, developers, and partners to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act 2022.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) in Building Control, Surveying, Construction, or Structural Engineering.
- Professional membership (RICS, CABE, CIOB or equivalent) and commitment to CPD.
- Significant experience in Building Control, including complex commercial and residential schemes.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
